S.L. Booker Family Funeral Services sadly announces the passing of Teresa Lynn Carlton, 59 of Independence, Louisiana. She is survived by her loving family. We ask that you please keep this family and those that may be going through the same lifted in prayer.

Teresa is survived by one son, Jerry Carlton; two daughters, Kimberly Carlton and Holly Smith; three grandchildren; one brother, Huey Malcone, Jr. and one sister, Ursla Melcone and a host of other family members and friends who loved her dearly.
