Shaune Avery McMorris

Shaune had just received his GED this year and was going to enroll in college for the fall. He was the best cook in our entire family and he worked for Middendorf's Restaurant. In his leisure, he loved to fish, cook for everyone and like scratching lotto tickets. 

Shaune struggled throughout his life, he battled with addiction the majority of his life ultimately losing this battle on March 12, 2024. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Adam and Evelyn McMorris; parents, Jerry and Diane McMorris; brothers, David & Bubba McMorris; sister, Ashley Y. 

Shaune is survived by his three sons, Michael McMorris, Daymon Bowman and Hayden Powers; sister, Daune McMorris, nieces and nephews, two grandchildren all of Hammond, Louisiana; brother, Jeffery Little of Phoenix, AZ and a host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. The family will announce the Memorial Service at a later time.
