On Saturay, February 7, 2026, she entered into eternal rest at her residence in Hammond, Louisiana. Shadreka was proceeded in death by her mother, Debra Paul Brooks; sisters: Vernita Brooks Clar, and Shareka Paul; brother: Jeremy Brooks; paternal grandparents, Charlie and Daisy Brooks and ahost of other relatives and friends.

Shadreka leaves to cherish her memories; her father, Charlie Brooks, Jr.; five children, Colin Paul, Bertrae Paul, Shaneria Paul, Tyquan Paul & Ke’Andre Dawson; sister: Alicia (Chris) Walls; thirteen grandchildren, Londyn, Makayla, O’Marea, Madaisyn Messiah, Ma’Ryiah, Ma’Layiah, Jaycee, Kaycee, Kayden, Makayla, Taylor & Kinslee; maternal grandmother, Willie Mae Evans; companion, Willie Dawson, Jr.; bonus son, Le’Willie Dawson; five aunts, Mary Dunbar, Gwenda Borskey, ivory (Reginald) Spurlock, Patricia (Horace) Williams and Joyce (Samuel Davis; two uncles, Melvin Brooks and Herbert (Florence) Cummings, Sr.; sister-in-law, Wyomma Dawson; four great uncles and three great aunts and a host of other relative and friends .
