Fredrick Dionell Roy

Mr. Fredrick D. Roy, 36 of Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026. Frederick D. Roy (also known as Beau and Lil Fred) was an only child of Fredrik D. Wolf (Fred) and Patti L. Roy. He graduated from St. Amant High School in 2006 and stood out as a star football player. Upon graduating, he joined the United States Navy, served at Great Lakes Naval Station, North Chicago, Illinois. Following his military service, he returned home and found his dream job with Professional Firefighters Association of Louisiana,spent 13-years as a dedicated employee. He was a loving son, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. We will remember his pleasant demeanor, mild-mannered, and humble spirit. H was always kind and passionate, especially when discussing Saints and LSU football.

He leaves to cherish his memories: Father ( Fred) whom he shared a very special bond; stepmother, Rita Wolf; stepbrothers, Jamal  and Derek East; special aunt and uncle, Sandy Roy and Arthur Roy, Jr. who helped shape his life; and many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his mother (Patti), grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins.
