A BEAUTIFUL SOUL
DA'JA RAGINE DAVIS
Da'Ja Ragine Davis , a loving daughter, sister and mother departed this world on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the young age of 28 beautiful years.Da'Ja was born in Baton Rouge on November 28, 1994 to Kim Davis and Dairy Jackson.
She graduated from Northdale Academy in 2013. She worked for East Baton Rouge Parish School Transportation, spreading her love one pick up and drop off at a time.
Da'Ja was outspoken, warmhearted, loving, emotional, sociable, candid, intelligent, skillful and a shinning light that was always wanting to help out in some way just to put her spin on it. She doubted her talents until she learned how to master them. Da'Ja learned trades just so she would be able to help her family and friends. From making shirts for someone last minute to decorating parties. She learned the ropes of event planning just to see if she could do it, and she did. We could ask last minute and she would fuss and let you know why she shouldn't do it, but if it was within her power you got lucky and got it anyway. Her love for children shined brighter than the sun. Ready to make you laugh but never afraid to tell you what you needed to know or what she thought you should know, and for that which we have been blessed with we are thankful.
Da'Ja an affectionate mother leaves behind five children which were her pride and joy. Her four daughters, Caylie and Camille Davis, Caliyah Stewart and Nyla Crane. Her only son Quinten Davis; her mother and step-father, Kim Davis and Keston Johnson; her two sisters, Eboni Davis and Briana Carriere; three brothers, Jarrod (Ericka), Ra'Chon and Austin Davis; uncles, Veral (Donna), Micheal (Joyce), Travis and Donald; aunts, Lisa (Dewayne), Carla (Thomas), Keisha, Lynn, Trice and Ladreika a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, grandfathers, uncles and cousins.

And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them. -Revelation 14:13 KJV-
